Actually, it is really quite clear what the problem is based on post #24. There is one particular chart which is maintaining a Trades list which the Global Profit/Loss management is referencing which has a Daily PL of 0 for unknown reasons. If you update to the current version of Sierra Chart you can then see which particular chart is the cause of the problem by looking at the Trade Stats for Charts tab: Trade Activity Log: Trade Statistics for Charts (Chart Stats) Tab But thinking about this some more, you cannot just look at one particular chart for the daily profit/loss unless that is all you are trading. When going now to my trade log I do not get the 'Trade Statistics For Charts Tab'. In fact, I do not get to see any tab (see screenshot). On the Sierra chart I also have a non-existing position shown on the DOM. This is since I opened Sierra Charts this morning. I have no idea where it comes from. Why it is there. The account is flat since yesterday morning. |

This is an operating system level issue and at this point we have to decline further support for Global Profit/Loss management. We cannot commit this kind of time to it when you are using a nonstandard operating system.In fact, I do not get to see any tab (see screenshot). We are also declining all support for the Trade Activity Log . Really any kind of problems you encounter due to the operating system. You're on your own. I switched from running Sierra Chart on Linux WineHQ to Windows and the problem with the invisible 'Trade Statistics For Charts Tab' and non-functioning 'Global Profit/Loss management' is resolved. If there is a list with WineHQ limitations for Sierra Chart it might be useful to track/add this limitation to the list. |
