I have just downloaded Version 1720 64-bit and two custom moving average studies I use are no longer plotting the lines on the chart. Have there been any changes in Version 1720 that would affect a custom moving average study (compared to the previous release). Thanks

I've just noticed the custom studies are no longer listed under 'Add Custom Study'. Has the new download deleted the custom studies?

You need to recompile the studies under the 64 bit version. This is covered here: Sierra Chart 64 Bit Version Plan Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. My custom study is already recompiled based on the link you provided and it was working on earlier 64 bit versions. I now updated from 1716 to the newest stable release 1721 and have the same issue: no custom study is shown in the Add Custom Study list. Also, it is strange: because, although the custom study is not in the Custom Study List, if I open an existing chartbook with the custom study already applied, the charts show the study. Can you please advise? Should we re-compile the study again? I'm just asking because a 3rd party programmer is working on the study and have to ask him each time for the re-compilation of the study. Also, I have to update the study for automatic distribution. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2018-03-22 05:27:34

We are looking into this now. Apparently there is a problem in 1721 with listing of custom studies.

This is now resolved in the latest revision of version 1722. We apologize for this issue. It relates to adding support for a separate folder to support Custom Study DLLs. In our testing, because we had a DLL in that folder, the problem was not noticed. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
