Dear Sirs: Starting around noon yesterday (10-01-13), my SierraChart experienced problem connecting to the Base Barchart Data Feed. The log claimed "Error connecting socket: Window error code 10061: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it." I contacted Barchart support and was told: "Barchart.com Realtime 9:42 AM (58 minutes ago) to me Mr. Hsiao, I have had numerous Sierra Chart users with the same problem. Please contact them. Go to Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings. Set the Connection Port to 7500. Press OK. Select File >> Connect to Data Feed.
