Can you help me understand this error message?

Hi, I am getting this error message from time to time whenever my autotrade strategy places an order. My position gets filled in full however my stop loss and target are only being placed with half lot size. This is the error message.

The reason for this is because the order quantity from TransAct for the order was reduced to 1 for unknown reasons:

Actually we thought of a solution. We will take the greater of the Filled Quantity or the Order Quantity, as the quantity to compare to, to ensure the Attached Orders do not go above the maximum those two.
