Did a system recovery and Sierra Charts reloaded except for Default Worksheets. Unable to fix from instructions in Resetting Sierra Chart To A Default State. Request remote assistance. Using version 1689 with old worksheets. Telephone number is 815-493-6105.

Do you still need to use version 1307 of Sierra Chart? That is getting quite old.
