I am building a new trading system. The choice of processors is Intel i9 vs Xeon. With the Xeon I can get between 10 and 20 cores and significantly more memory space and cache. I can also have a dual processor. Can Sierra Chart take advantage of a dual processor system and use available cores as system load increases?

Sierra Chart does use multiple threads. But to more fully take advantage of multiple cores you need to use multiple instances.
