I have the equities package and it was always working fine but I now when I log on and open the charts I get a message that says Symbol is unknown. Click for symbol information. Exchange not authorized.

Looks like Barchart disabled US equities probably because they may think that you possibly are a professional or due to an incomplete market data agreement. We will check on this.
