Failed to activate the Market Data Feed.

The issue is that you have set your Postal Code / Zip Code to 0. Please update it to a valid value:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ManageAccountInfo

Once you update the Postal Code / Zip Code, you should be able to activate the trial.
