Activated and paid for Sierra Chart Services (5) for 3 months When Attempted to use Activate Trail button or Activate button to activate Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Exchange Data Feed received Failed to extend feature expiration date. Failed to create/reactive Account 142727_1 on the Barchart system. Failed to activate the Market Data Feed. messages |

The issue is that you have set your Postal Code / Zip Code to 0. Please update it to a valid value: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ManageAccountInfo Once you update the Postal Code / Zip Code, you should be able to activate the trial.
