Not getting Historical Data

Hi, I'm not able to receive historical data (ES) from yesterday's opening (17:00 CT) I'm connected and getting live data but when trying to delete and download historical data before 17:00 to retreive the missing data im getting only the current data without the previous using Gain Capital/OEC thanks |
