Cannot connect to Rithmic

I'm using Windows XP SP3, SierraChart 1708. When I'm trying to connect to Rithmic I get the following Rithmic Trading | Port for executable: 3822 | 2018-03-09 08:25:17 Listening socket (912). From the Rithmic Introduction section: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Introduction The Rithmic trading platform service can only be used on Windows 7 and higher. Windows XP and Vista are not supported. It is also not recommended to use any other operating system other than Windows. Sierra Chart Support |
