Hi - New-ish user here. I noticed today that most of my charts do not show the [M] after the symbol name, indicating that they are being fed from broker data instead of the SC data plan I paid for. I started the SC data last month. I followed the instructions on https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions at the time, and I remember seeing the [M] at the time of setup. I re-followed them today, but it didn't make any difference. Is it possible that the trouble began when I went from trial to regular? Or when I renewed for March? I do see the [M] after market internals like NISS-SP, NVOL-SP, TICK-NYSE, etc. Just not for ES, NQ, YM, and RTY. My broker feed is Gain (OEC). Thanks, |

You need to also activate the exchanges you want real-time data for, here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeDataFeedFeatures#Exchanges You probably will just want to enable the Full CME Group exchange for 3.25 USD per month. Ahhh, thanks that fixed it. I must have forgotten to activate the exchange when I moved from the trial to the regular setup. Cheers, |
