[Programming Help] - Can't connect to Interactive Brokers

Below are the logs (all repetitive connection attempts are excluded).

I am trying to connect SC to my Interactive Brokers data with no success. Everything is set up correctly with my TWS platform and on IB's end. I'm just having trouble entering the correct information in the Data/Trade settings window(As far as I know).

I've included my TWS username and password in the service setting window and that's about it. Where do I enter my IB user id number - I have instance client ID set to 0 as all options provided don't match anything I'm aware of? Is there a section where I can enter the port number found in the API settings of the TWS platform?
