daily charts moved from one computer to another

had a customer move some daily charts (.dly) to a new computer, the "to" date range is stuck on the day he moved them and he cannot change it in the chart settings. Did he fail to move a file from the old data folder? If so which file should he move?

There really is no reason to move these files. So long as the symbol of the chart is correct, we recommend at this point re-downloading the data in the chart. this was the 1st thing suggested, he had already done that, any other ideas?
