I have a version of Sierra Chart on my main computer and a separate version that I use on my laptop. I have recorded the market depth on my main computer and have the .depth files for each day. I would like to transfer some of these files to my laptop so that I can replay the market and watch the DOM on it.

I've transferred the files to my data folder on the laptop, disconnected, and have tried the edit>import and load intraday data but it doesn't seem to be working. Can you point me in the right direction please?

Hi there,

Sorry for the delay. Yeah I still have files dating back to 2018. Depth files for the ES, ZB, and ZN. I'm happy to send them to you. There are quite a few files. Let me know how you want me to send them. Maybe email or a shared cloud folder?

You just need to put the files from the one computer to the proper folder on the other computer. That is all, there is nothing special you need to do. Refer to the link given above for "Transferring Sierra Chart Settings..."

If you are using different services on the computers, then you would have different symbols and then the files will not be used, since the Market Depth files match to the symbol of the chart.
