I have a customer that is getting an "order has been filled" alert when they are not trading. Have you ever heard of this issue? it has happened several times, any assistance would be appreciated

Check the Alerts Log and find out what fill is causing that:
Alerts Manager: Alerts Log

There must be a fill. Maybe it is a simulated fill.

not the case, it's very strange he can be doing nothing just has the charting/platform running and he gets the alert. it was weird, he is on PST, it sounded at 6:45 am then 7:30 then 7:45, then 8:30 it was like it was on a schedule or something. He was going to track it for me

If there is no message in the Alerts Log when this sound plays, then it is not originating from Sierra Chart.

But they need to check each instance they have of Sierra Chart running.
