Just wondering if there is an easier way to enable/disable automated strategies (both spreadshhet and study) other than having to enter the studies panel and enable? Any plans on making a dashboard type panel that we can link trading studies to to quickly turn them on and off?

You can add the Auto Trading Enabled - Global (or Chart) to a Control Bar and turn it on/off from there. The general documentation for how to customize the Control Bars can be found here:
Control Bar: Customize Control Bars >> Control Bar 1-12 (Global Settings)

This is explained in more detail at item 5 here:

I actually am working on several different situational auto traders... one for reversion to the mean, bull/bear trnd following, breakouts, reversals... I'm wanting to individually be able to select which is on and off, not enable auto trading on the entire chart... and without having to open the studies panel go into each one individually... I need to be abvle to quickly turn them on and off in developing situations

You can use cell J28.
You can use another cell that J28 references, e.g. H2.
You can go to Spreadsheet >> Add Sheet and add a sheet not associated with a chart, and have each sheet's J28 reference a cell. This only works within the same-named spreadsheet in the same chartbook.

In the case of an ACSIL trading system, you can certainly use Control Bar buttons to enable and disable them:
