I tested the SC service with james.pape@interx.co .. it worked. I set-up a new POP3 address for trade.alert@interx.co - Alerts are being blocked and not getting through. I've tested trade.alert@interx.co and it works fine. Please advise. |

The alerts are not getting through... You, Sierra say that my mail provider is blocking... the mail address is sound ..please explain...

We have cleared the block for the domain. The domain was blocked as it was blocking email alerts in the past. Also make sure that you Link and Verify all your emails to your Sierra Chart account here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=EmailVerification Sierra Chart Support |
