Problem with volume profile on small price format

Volume Profile appear above of the bars on same chart region, moreover this issue getting up on the cryptocurrency charts with price format equal to 0.00000001. If the price format is more than 0.00000001, then volume profile indicator displays normally. Is there any ways to solve this issue?

http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1519209320437.png I have opened Chart Settings and have changed Display Price Format to 0.00000001 and Tick Size to 0.00000001, but unsuccessfully. The Volume by Price set to defaults. I`ve observed any other setting but can`t find a decision... |

Take a look at the pic attached with last post, you wiil see that the volume profile located above the candles. I think this is not normally. I don`t know which settings I need to set in order to make the volume profile equal to chart, as result I`ve tried to change Price Format and Tick Size, but unsuccessful (volume profile still stay above the candles). Which settings I need to change for volume profile levels to correspond to main chart and prices?

The VbP profile bars are displaying above the Candles since the data that the VbP is based upon are at that price level. Those bars must be somewhere off the end of the displayed portion of the chart. I am understanding the whole sence about VbP settings and I don`t see any reasons to study the documentacion of this. The settings and its parameters that you named in last message are below: 1. Volume Graph Period Type set to "From session start time to end" 2. Time Period Type set to "Days" 3. Time Period Length set to "1" Please try to connect to Cryptocurrencies data feed via DTS and select BTC_DOGE-PLNX from Poloniex exchange, and you will see the VbP problem. Thanks! |

Yes we do see the problem and it relates to the fact that there is an integer overflow due to the very small tick size for this symbol. We are preparing documentation for how to solve this but in general it requires that the values are multiplied up by about 10,000.
