Hi Sierra, My coder just finished my new cycles extractor. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1519126022565.png I am looking to use it for LONGER TERM strategies.... i.e. OPTIONS ON STOCKS. So i threw the new indicator on a daily chart of AAPL. I wanted to see how my new toy performs on a chart replay but it says I cant replay a daily chart? PLEASE PLEASE add replay for dailies. Thanks!!! M |

There is a way to do this indirectly. Refer to: Replaying Charts: Replaying Historical Daily and Higher Timeframe Charts Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Try to keep your questions brief and to the point. Hi - Will you consider making use of daily data directly for replay? As intraday data doesn't always exist, or not enough intraday data available to makes this function useful. Thanks |

It would also be helpful if you could set a correct time for the jump method (i.e. each 20:00h). At the moment I work with a the study "Color Bar Alert..." and this formula "=AND(BARTIME >= ((20*60+00)/(24*60)), BARTIME <= ((20*60+02)/(24*60)))" All alerts are visible in the alert manager and by double click the chart jumps. But I am not happy with that "quick&dirty" solution |
