Alerts Manager error?

When the Alerts Manager is on top of a chart, and I select that chart, that chart is brought to the top while the Alerts Manager is hidden behind it. Nothing abnormal here. However, when I select the Main Window or my second Quote Board, the Alerts Manager jumps to the top of the chart it was hidden behind. This behavior does not happen when I select my DOM, first Quote Board, or Orders and Positions window. The Alerts Manager is the only window I've seen demonstrate this behavior. |

The only thing we can say is the Alerts Manager window is a window which displays on the Windows taskbar. So the operating system is managing that differently.
