Trading CTS low cost connection with Wedbush, SierraChart datafeed. This morning the four NYMEX symbols I follow (CL, HO, RB, NG) are acting up. Attempted 1-lot orders on my live account are being rejected. Checked with Wedbush and they do not see any rejections. All is fine with my other symbols. The error message I get in the Trade Service Log is: CTS Trading Wedbush - DTC order update (Order reject). Info: CTS order update (Rejected). Info: Incomplete instruction details. Internal Order ID: 2414. Service Order ID: 8933. Symbol: CL.20180400.CME_NY | 2018-02-19 12:30:36 * Can you advise? |

Interesting. We do not normally see that error with CTS. We are going to contact CTS about this now.

Answer: This just means the trader’s FCM hasn’t properly or completely configured the exchange details section of the trading account. They just need to call their FCM. The FCM should know what “Incomplete Instruction Details” means. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
