Hello Sierra, I just tried to download the newer version of Sierra for the second time. I got an error message on the download that there was an error with moving some files as the new version was downloaded. Since that download I have tried to log on and keep getting a DTC Bridge has stopped working message. I am asking why I got an error message when downloading the new version of Sierra" the error was download completed but errors occurred with moving some files". Now I get the DTC Bridge has stopped working and no data. a. Could this DTC Bridge Error be a function of the problem with the download which I did receive an error from regarding moving some files. b. yes it could be rithmic but not sure about that. |

We want you to restart your computer to force the bridge to shut down. Unfortunately it is the Rithmic software itself, which can be slow to shutdown or possibly freeze in some cases.
