Hello Sierra, I was prompted to download the latest version of Sierra Charts and did so. Something did not go correctly with the download. The big issue is my Sierra Chart DTC Bridge has stopped working and I have no way into the software. The error message I get is Sierra Chart DTC Bridge has stopped working. Do you have a solution for this issue. Thanks for your response. |

The Rithmic bridge contains Rithmic software and the problem could be with the Rithmic software itself. We ran a test of the Rithmic bridge in the latest prerelease and do not see a problem. Update to the latest "Prerelease": Software Download: Fast Update Let us know if you still have a problem. If so we probably will recommend using another service other than Rithmic. and I have no way into the software. You are certainly able to run Sierra Chart. The problem is with the Rithmic related software.
