I think i have the correct settings for sierra to flatten on a loss of -550 loss as you can see if over that amount and still hasn't flattened. I tried again and it flattened the position is there times where the manager wont work?

This is because the trading is currently locked as can be seen on the Profit/Loss management window.

We also see the Status label is misaligned and we also realize that the status string does not really correctly report whether the Loss Management is enabled or not based upon the Trading Day and whether it has flattened positions for the day. That needs to be updated. Therefore, the status may not necessarily be accurate.

We are fixing this now.
