Weekend data loading - disabling this option

Hello,

I have been trying to exclude weekend data from the intraday chart. I did it by disabling this option: Chart settings -> Main settings -> Load weekend data.
Even if I reloaded the data afterwords the chart is exactly the same as the one WITH the weekend data (unlike the same option in Ninja Trader - there it makes quite big differences with the same marekt (YM 25 range bars))
So my questions are: Why this option caused no change in the chart? Is there any other option for disablig weekend data to load?

Thank you

Unchecking the Load Weekend Data for an Intraday chart will definitely work. No doubt about that. You definitely will not see any Saturday or Sunday data loaded in the chart. This cannot fail. We have tested it. There must be some misunderstanding.

Go into Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings and enable Display Day of Week with Dates on Intraday Chart Timescale to see the name of each day of the timescale. You should no longer be seeing Saturday or Sunday.

Refer to the documentation for Load Weekend Data here:
Chart Session Times: Load Weekend Data Setting (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Session Times)

Sunday data could be considered part of Monday and still display in the chart.

Correct and I agree, but its a 2 day chart, Sunday will "ACT" as a day and therefore display 1 bar for SUNDAY/MONDAY, instead of eliminating Sunday completely and show a true MONDAY/TUESDAY or FRIDAY/MONDAY 2 DAY intraday chart.

Thanks in advance, I opened a separate thread because I feel this is important for else to see.

Any update on this? I'm seeing the same issue. I have a Bar starting on Saturday, instead of Monday.
