Hello, I want to square my chart so that 1 unit of price equals 1 unit of time. I have read the SC Chart Scaling documentation where it seems I should be using the "X and Y Constant Relationship" feature, but I can't get it to work as intended. It seems I am misunderstanding the procedure and setting up wrongly. Example: For CL futures I would like $0.10 of price to equal 1 daily bar. I would like this relationship to remain constant. How do I setup? If I could get steps to setup this one example then I would be able to go from here on my own. Any assistance that can be provided is much appreciated. |

Here are the updated instructions: Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: X & Y Constant Relationship Scaling One thing to understand is that the timescale in the relationship, is measured by chart bars. Not by actual time. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Try to keep your questions brief and to the point.
