Upgrading an older version

Can you please provide a link for the needed steps to upgrade an older version of sierra that's using notepad+
for acsil development to the current standard. (is it possible to still use the watcom compiler and notepad+ in newer versions?)

Can I assume that all older dll's will need to be recompiled under the new version?

Not the Watcom compiler. There is a new Remote Build feature that is much easier to use.

Notepad ++ still supported.

Yes we definitely recommend doing this.
