Hello, I just made a payment a few minutes ago for 125.00 + 1.25 through PayPal. Last month’s payment went through without a problem, but this time it’s not being credited to my account although on the PayPal site it shows that it was paid. I exited Sierra Chart and restarted it, then went to the account control panel and it still was not there.

The issue was that PayPal did not issued an IPN for your payment when it was completed. The payment has now been credited to your account. Sierra Chart Support Date Time Of Last Edit: 2018-02-01 15:58:29
