US30 cfd works badly

Hi, for some reason I have strange problems with US30. It loads when you open it as new window but when I want to change chart type to renko bars it reload but stops at 13% and nothing in the log file about that. Restarted program, computer, deleted and reloaded data but without anything. Can you check it out? Is it ok on your part? And if it not big trouble please check data for spx500 there was some bugs in quotes at 10 am est. |

Make sure you are running the current version of Sierra Chart. Make sure the Tick Size for the chart is set correctly and that the Price Display Format also corresponds to that tick size setting. Refer to: Chart Settings: Price Display Format (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu) If you still see this, then the result is correct based upon the Renko setting and the price data. Again I see bad quotes. This is a regular thing. Version is the latest and everything is ok.
