Using the SC Exchanges Data service with the SC Real-time and Historical Data Service fee paid, attempted to download about a year's worth of $NASX 1-second data. The data stops at 6/16/17. $IUXX and $INX backfilled OK to the current date. Why isn't the $NASX file complete? Is it because NASDAQ now requires an exchange fee? (Doesn't make sense since $IUXX downloads.) Or has another symbol taken its place? Found nothing on this issue using a general search nor on the Support Board. How can I download the last 7 months' data?

We do not see any missing data for this symbol: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=151742115713.png It is updating in real-time. Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings Also be sure to reconnect to the data feed after and there will be an attempt to download the data again. Actually we just realized what the problem is now. This is resolved. One of the servers was maintaining the data in the wrong folder which was not being used to serve data to users. When we originally looked to see if there was current data, it was there. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
