i did a payment via my credit card

i bought 2 months seirra chart for 88.20 $ 5 packages

for a reasone which i dont know my account doesnt work keep saying
your current servise package doens not suport this function please purchase to upgrade your package

all my concern is market profile

is there any missed step please adivse

in case this isthe wrong place to say my problem in

We see that you have the Ajax Forex service selected. We have to contact Ajax Forex about that for you in order for you to use that particular data feed.

Go to Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings.


In the Service list box at the top, set the service to SC Forex Data (FXCM).

After this press OK and then select File >> Connect to Data Feed.

The FXCM data feed does not include market depth.

We have contacted Ajax Financial letting them know you wish to use their data feed.
