i trade /YM and /ES but the trading account isn't connected to Sierra... and i just read: When using the symbols from the Sierra Chart Real-time and Historical Forex/CFD Data Service, there is only one level of market depth data with quantities of 1. In the case of CME futures market symbols, it is necessary that your market data account provided by your Trading service or by the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed has activated on it the CME exchanges that provide market depth data, in order to see more than one level of market depth data. The CME does charge a little extra for market depth data, so your account may not have market depth data on it. ( http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/ChartTrading.html#CustomizeChartDOMColumns )Thus, here are the things I was going to subscribe to (prices for without a trading account): $35 (package 5) + $25 (data feed) (For 10 Real-Time Symbols: 1st connection) + $42 (CME, Globex only (For users without a trading account) Market Depth Included: Yes) + $21 (CBOT, mini-sized products only (For users without a trading account) Market Depth Included: Yes) If I enable Trade >> Show Market Data Columns to display only the market data columns and not the trade order entry columns... All the market depth data and features will still work right (even though I don't have a trading account)? Thanks! |

i want to make sure because i have everything setup right now, but i only see one level of market depth. i looked through other threads of people having the same problem... and if I go to ... Chart >> Open Market Depth Window, and i still see only 1 level of market depth displayed (maybe it's because I'm on package 5 free trial using "SC Data - All Services" ??) |

All the market depth data and features will still work right (even though I don't have a trading account)? Yes this will definitely be the case.(maybe it's because I'm on package 5 free trial using "SC Data - All Services" ??) Just wait until February 1 and then you can activate the data feed, and not have to pay one of the exchange fees for that month. i see. so the reason why package 5 free trial using "SC Data - All Services" doesn't show market depth data on the replay dom is because no market depth data has been downloaded? once i have the data feed and market depth data downloaded... the dom will show the market depth in replays even though i'd still be on package 5 free trial? thanks |

subscribed to free trial of "$42 (CME, Globex only (For users without a trading account) Market Depth Included: Yes)" the live market right now, i can see market depth + pull/stack... however, my replays are still not showing market depth, nor the pull/stack. please let me know if there is something else i need to activate? (also, the folder "sierra data" > "MarketDepthData" is still empty... meaning i don't think the market depth data is being saved on my computer?) Date Time Of Last Edit: 2018-02-01 18:28:24
