Bitmex data feed not syncing

Hi,

Same problem as before where position/order data is not synced.

Can you take a look?

Which means, a order (market order) is submitted and goes through, but SC is not updating. And when you try again it submits 2 orders at the same time. Very buggy and dangerous.

This type of issue is not on our side. It would have to be some type of issue on the BitMEX side. Most probably involving the BitMEX to DTC conversion layer which was developed by another developer.

We are still working on a direct trading connection to BitMEX.

I can confirm this issue as well my orders are going through to bitmex but not appearing in SC itself and just show as pending.

It should have been done months ago.

We will reassign this to a different developer. We apologize for this and this is very embarrassing. This whole situation is completely unacceptable and reflects quite poorly on us.

We do acknowledge that the current interface to BitMEX which we did not develop does have some issues and we intended to create our own direct integration around August of last year, and the fact that it has taken us this long is not good.
