issue with real-time updating on NYSE ticker

Hello! chart of the stock BABA (alibaba) isn't updating real-time. Any other NYSE symbols works fine along with few online updating real-time NASDAQ tickers. All the global setting are identical but automatic session time is incorrect too only with this specific ticker. I can see historical intraday chart but no updating. "Allow real-time updating of historical chart" box is on. What could cause this conflict? Apreciate the help.

Full reset of tickers solved the issue. Thank you.
