Dear support, I am writing about the work of CBOT quotations with Rithmic data provider. When the sierra chart is connected, the NOB ticker is not connected. In what can be problem, and how it can be eliminated?

Make sure you are using the correct symbol. We do not know what the symbol is. You will need to find out from Rithmic.
