I´ve subscribed sierra chart to get DAX data.... today sierra chart is not connecting... can you help me ?

the problem should be with data feed login details....but I havent received none and I dont know what I should do now.

There are no login details required. Make sure that Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service is set to "SC Data-All Services". The DAX futures symbol is DYH18.
