Chart stops updating with Interactive Brokers data

Have an issue with Interactive Brokers data: oftentimes the chart stops updating, while the data continues streaming as indicated by the last price updating on the right axis. Deleting and redownloading data solves the problem, until a couple of hours later it stops updating again. I recall having this issue once long ago on another SC instance, and the issue had a solution: required changing some settings, maybe under Data/Trade Service settings. I can't the answer though, so I need to bother you for help. Thank you. |
