Missing candles in the chart

Hello, I have noticed that from 15:15 to 15:30 there are missing candles. also no real time data was recieved. thaniks. |

There was trading at the same time. we have seen it in other instances. please recheck.

please see the attached screen shot, from another session of the same time. The missing candles appears. Meaning that in those 15 minutes there was trading. |

You are missing the point. I am not interested in historical data. I am talking about online data, and it seems that we have misses 15 important minutes where we could have greate loses because of this. The question is - why? |

There is only one chart posted in this entire thread and it is for December 11, 2017. Here is that chart using data from CQG: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1513110533981.png Where you see single price bars all at the same level, that indicates missing data. That is because the market was closed at those times. The time zone in this chart is US Eastern time. If you have further questions contact the exchange. It is inappropriate to be asking these questions here. The exchanges a multibillion-dollar operation. We are very very very small by comparison.
