I have a client that is trying to use the Volume Filter on his Number Bars but it's not projecting the filter properly. I cannot duplicate this on my charts, so I am not sure if there is a setting overriding the volume filter. It should only be showing volume over 200, also, if he duplicate this chart, all his #'s are different on the duplication. Thoughts? Works fine on mine, so wondering if there is a setting that is messing his up. |

Must be because the Intraday Data Storage Time Unit is not set to 1 Tick. This is explained here: Chart Settings: Volume Filter (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting >> Volume Filter Settings menu) Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
