Looks like I got caught in a no man’s land. The futures markets are already opened but I don’t get any realtime price information and market depth. I believe this is due to the fact that renewal is at UTC time which is an hour after the trading session for the new month starts.

After I restarted Sierra chart, I still see the same issue. I don't see market depth on the DOM chart and the chart does not refresh. The connection to IB is green and TWS prices refresh.

Issue solved. I had another instance of SierraChart running in my development environment. It uses SierraChart historical feed but apparently, that still counts against the total number of connections allowed.

Refer to this section here about this: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#Connections (Connections) This means you have more than one instance of Sierra Chart running using the SC Exchange Data Feed. There is no doubt about that. There may be on the same system or different systems. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
