All of my symbols load ok except one (BTC_USD_QUARTER-OKCOIN). Is it just something about the data from the exchange or is there a setting that could fix it? It can take as long as and hour to load.

What are the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download settings set to? There are two settings.
