I am unable to download data for the historical daily chart of Gold prior to August 16, 2017, even though I have it set for continuous data back adjusted and the days of data as 1,095. I have read and tried all of the instructions for deleting and downloading data that I can find. I assume I must have a corrupt data file but can't figure out how to find it and delete it before downloading a new data file. Please advise. Thank you |

Thank you. I have tried everything I can find in the documentation and nothing works. Out of frustration, I took it off of continuous contract and got the display of all the days for the February contract's existence. What I don't understand is I don't have this problem with other historical charts. I have tried making a duplicate of another historical chart (crude) and simply changing the symbol and the crude chart is fine but the gold chart is not. Unless there is another idea, I will just not be able to have continuous charting with gold. Thanks |
