How do I set a default on Days to Load to say "3000 days" and Continous Contract to "Continous Futures Contract, Volume Based Roll Over, Back Adjusted." As it is currently, every time I set it to my preference, it goes back to default despite saving it to studies. Did I miss anything? |

1. You can change some of the default Chart Setting options. Refer to the Save Days to Load, Intraday Bar Period, Graph Draw Type as Default section here: Chart Settings: Save Days to Load, Intraday Bar Period, Graph Draw Type as Default (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Chart Data >> Chart Data menu) 2. Your other option would be to use the Chart >> Duplicate Chart menu command to duplicate a preset chart: Chart Menu: Duplicate Chart (Chart menu) 3. Study collections (We assume that by saving it to studies, you are referring to study collections) only save the state of the studies that you have on your chart: Study Collections 4. You might also want to refer to the Chartbook documentation here: Chartbooks (Workspaces) Sierra Chart Support Date Time Of Last Edit: 2017-11-21 15:59:22
