Hi Could you explain the sudden long upper wick after close of session? I tried this Question about ETF to no avail. Could you explain why this happen and how to prevent and correct it? Thanks. |

How do you know that the data is incorrect? We do see that as well but the high value is based upon the data received from the data feed.

Hi, strangely the Data feed does not have that anomaly if viewed from the charting platform. Please investigate.

All indications are is that data is correct. You cannot put any reliance on what Trader Workstation shows since their data is not always complete since they do not provide a complete tick by tick data feed.
