Hi SC Support! I'm still very new to sierra and have hit some problems when trying to load continuous contract historical data. Specifically I cannot increase "Date Range From" and "Days To Load". When I open a new chart via "Find symbol > Open Intraday Chart" and set it to Continuous Contract "Volume Based Rollover Back Adjusted" under Advanced, I cannot increase the date range. If I enter something like 2016-08-08 it resets to 2017-03-14 as soon as I hit "Apply". I did increase "Global Settings - Data/Trade Service Settings - Max Historical Intraday Days to Download" sufficiently to include my desired range. Is there anything else I need to set? Thanks for the help! |

With a Continuous Futures Contract chart, you will only need to increase the Days to Load setting. This is explained here: Continuous Futures Contract Charts: Using Continuous Futures Contract Charts Date Range From is not relevant. So we have a better understanding of the issue, post an image of the chart following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#Image Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
