Limit orders not working

Dear Sierra suppot team, There is a problem with my limit orders. When I try to place them to LIVE environment, it doesn´t work. However, when I place them in sim mode, it is ok. Could you please advise/help with the fix immediatelly? I´ve also installed the newest version of Sierra and the problem is still there. Many thanks Sona |

Do you see any error message displayed in Trade >> Trade Service Log when you submit the limit order?
