Hello suppot,
first of let me thank you guys on honoring my request to add "cancel orders on flat positions" it works like charm.

Now on the trade DOM when entering orders directly from the buy and sell columns I can only click above and below the current price with Stop-limit order versus just Stop order, I have my chart DOM settings thur Global Settings as follows
https
://www.screencast.com/t/w4m3H0u5ueXr

I also have the orders "use Stop-Limit orders on chart DOM" enabled,
and Reject stop orders that fill immediately unchecked.

and that is enough to enter above and below the current price, I was wondering if there is a way already exist to "buy stop/sell stop " directly using the columns since when I change the settings It immediately executes as a Market order.
Is there a way to achieve that and I missed it?

Please advise.

Regards,
Hishaam

You could configure the Chart DOM Settings to use simple Stop orders, when right clicking instead of left clicking.

Hellow support,
could you please explain to me why those orders are being rejected, and why only short orders seem to be rejected versus long orders

and better than why what are the settings I need to do in order to be able to submit orders above and below current market price either on buy and sell side.

These messages are self-explanatory and the text in those messages is from CQG.

You need to educate yourself about the limitations of stop orders and other order types:
