Hi since I switched to CQG data feed my (trade service log) pops up every minute or so telling me "no response to server ping request sent 30 seconds ago." My data feed seems to stay uninterrupted. Not sure how to deal with this message, what it means or how to disable it if need be. Please help as it is interfering with my work. Thank you.

We cannot help with this. That message is from CQG, and we are not going to contact about this. Every time we have, there is never any kind of answer that is helpful.
