No. You have to re-download the data through the Edit>> Delete All Data and Download menu.

How could that be? That command is going to completely delete all of the data and re-download it.

When you execute the command, the chart is going to go blank at first. Unless it is blank and then you are not getting new data?

yes that is the command i executed numerous times...still same data

you could technically say the chart goes blank for like 1 second while it goes from yellow box to green box

any chance you could look at your iqfeed @ES#C to see what data you show?

iqfeed currently shows 1681.50 -0.075 (dec)
sep close 1688.75
dec close 1682.25

You must not have selected that command. Did you select it from the Edit menu?

Or you have set Sierra Chart to download a small amount of data. Refer to help topic 42 here:

You may already figure this out. Here's how I resolved mine.

You have to delete it from the original SC where you run IQfeed, not from your trading SC.

SC, running IQfeed does not need to open chart however in this case you temporarily open the charts then delete them from where you see the gap. You can close it after you see the adjustment. It will be good until next contract expiry date.

Hope this helps.

Based upon what they have described, we do not believe they are performing a Delete All Data and Download operation from a copy different than where the chart data file originates from.

I was performing that edit > delete all data and download

the problem was on DTN's side...

The continuous back-adjusted contract is not immediately back-adjusted. This process happens overnight at differing times. I have verified that the history for the three contracts you listed is now back-adjusted.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
