When using the Sierra RT data feed for equities, the quote board shows the values (e.g. volume) of the previous session for symbols that have not yet traded in the p/m session. It does show the correct values as soon as they have traded. This creates a huge problem in distinguishing stocks that are actually active from those that are not. Is there any way of making sure the QB displays no change and volume for inactive symbols?

No, but this may be solved later on when the backend data feed is changed. This still maybe a couple of months away. Although this may not make any difference though.
